Job DescriptionIt is a important position to work in our new greenfield facility in Mexico to learn and support to develop our new plant in Mexico.
Support the Operations Leadership Team with analysis, reporting, and decision making with focus on improvement areasEnable benchmarks to measure improvements in identified areasManage and coordinate all Controlling activities of the plantParticipate in and / or steer global or local controlling related and cross-functional projectsConduct employee dialogues, personnel development and coachingSupport Plant Management in internal and external auditsPrepare, review, and manage the plant budget and forecast (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.)Monitor and analyze planned/expected outcomes versus monthly operating resultsPrepare standard production cost setting and ensure compliance with CAG policies and proceduresSupport Operations controlling to reach central targetsProvide relevant data to Management for decision-making: cost development, viability analysis, financial effectsCollaborate with other departments to ensure completion of Month-End Closing/FC processExecute plant specific month end closing processes (definition and analysis of cycles, accruals, etc.)Responsible for fixed asset analysis and fixed asset inventory countAnalyze financial reporting of manufacturing related costs (variable and fix), prepare forecast and budget based on production volumesIdentify fix cost drivers and saving potentials, drive implementation and follow-up including proper documentationResponsible for physical inventory / cycle count oversight and obsolescence reviewEnsure supervision of plant key performance data and perform regular KPI-reviewsAnalyze Data quality for continuous development of existing systems and align with Operations Controlling team on development measuresAnalyze use cases of new systems/technologies/solutions to implement for reporting purposeSupport implementation of standardized processes, improvement of processes and creation of process documentationEnsure detailed project tracking of spendingsMonitor and review approval/spending reporting on investmentsPrepare evaluation of PCA's in the plantMonitor controls to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresSupport implementation of Sector/BA processes and corporate compliance policies within Operations Controlling in the plant Support local auditsEnsure local implementation of central controlling standardsProvide feedback and input for further development of standards regarding controlling processes (e.g., accounting process, monthly/yearly closing, methods, IT tools, etc.) to Operations ControllingIf you have a passion to win, love lean manufacturing initiatives, really like to define the methods and ensure its execution, join us in this Greenfield Endeavour!!
