Controller IV - Manufacturing Details:

Direct Hire position$135,000.00 to $150,000.00 /annuallySalaried

Month-End Close & Financial Reporting

Oversee legal entity closing, revenue recognition, and compliance with US GAAPAnalyze financial data, ensure accurate consolidation, and support variance analysisManage ERP systems to meet reporting obligations (P&L, balance sheet, tax, cash flow)

Planning & Forecasting

Lead entity planning, budgeting, and CAPEX strategyForecast employee costs and develop financial projectionsSupport regional/local financial analysis

Control & Compliance

Maintain SOX-compliant control environment, coordinate audits, and remediate deficienciesEnsure approval authorities and segregation of duties are properly maintained

Functional & Project Leadership

Manage AP, AR, G/L, and Payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyLead finance-related projects, implement process improvements, and develop team capabilitiesSupport internal/external reporting, tax compliance, and special financial requirements

Controller IV - Manufacturing Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance8–10 years of experience in Accounting/FinanceCPA certification preferredManufacturing or experience with public accounting firm in manufacturing Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)Experience with ERP systems (Baan, MRP, EPMX, Lotus Notes)Expertise in month-end close, financial planning, reporting, and controls Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
