**The position** Join our team as a Controller Operations, supporting Human Pharma & Animal Health businesses (Supply, Logistics, and Quality).This role offers global and local exposure, providing strategic financial insights to drive informed decision-making. Located in Buenos Aires, this position is key to ensuring effective planning, reporting, and business partnering. **Tasks and responsabilities** + Coordinate the budgeting process for Long Term Forecast and Outlook +1 for Operations, managing monthly actual reporting and outlook submissions. + Support Business Partners by providing structured and detailed financial insights for reporting and planning. + Oversee monthly and annual closing activities related to costs and expenses. + Prepare financial reports for management. + Lead assigned projects to drive operational and financial efficiencies. + Manage the monthly Profit & Lost process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. **Requirements** + Degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance. + Advanced English. + Advanced SAP knowledge. + Advanced Excel skills. + Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. + 2 years of experience in Controlling and/or associated functions. + Knowledge of Power BI. + Strong planning, organization, and teamwork skills. + Ability to communicate assertively and make quick, informed decisions.
