Responsible for the review and assessment of new tax rules and regulations impacting the organization Review adhoc requirements from business on registration related matters, coordinate with BIR, PEZA and LGU or external consultant on matters involving audit and compliance Keeping one's self updated on tax rules, local government regulations and the like to ensure relevant laws are fully complied with Support Global Tax Team on initiatives/projects. Perform contract review on applicable tax clauses Act as tax advisory for various group/functions, coordination with relevant department on compilation of support documents and affidavit on VAT zero-rated transactions, Transfer Pricing and annual Related Party Disclosures.
