We are seeking a Controlling and Commercial Excellence Manager to oversee financial controlling and enhance commercial excellence in the Netherlands. This strategic role is essential for providing data-driven insights that guide leadership decisions, identify growth opportunities, and manage risks to ensure the organization’s financial health and success. The position involves creating and implementing strategies tailored to the NL market by adapting best practices from other regions. Key responsibilities include the development and ongoing enhancement of sales tools like CRM Salesforce and BOARD, which will facilitate the collection of management information (MI) to support informed decision-making in production, marketing, and sales.

 

You will be based in Arnhem. This office plays central role in our operations, serving a large number of national and international customers. In addition, there are various service departments in Arnhem, including Finance & Control, Human Resources, Communication, Facility Management, and Legal & Tax. These departments form the backbone of our company and provide crucial support to all our activities. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Deliver reporting and analysis to support business developments in the NetherlandsOptimize business controlling and ensure KPIs are met.Collaborate with sales managers for monthly sales reporting and conduct local reporting to Business Controllers (BCs).Ensure compliant delivery of rebates and manage budget processes.Collaborate with teams for accurate forecasting of liabilities and payments.Oversee year-end processes related to sales provisions.Monitor and support the country S&OP forecast process.Establish processes for accurate volume and pricing reporting.Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies for the Netherlands market.Support the creation of a three-year key account plan.Lead the implementation of Salesforce CRM and Board pricing tools.Manage the Reward for Service process and ensure timely data delivery.Aggregate Management Information for decision-making on production and marketing.WHAT YOU OFFER

 

Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CIMA).Experience with SAP and the Finance modules.Excellent knowledge of and extensive use of CRM and sales toolbox (Board).BASIS qualified and/or CPA part III would be beneficial.Minimum 5 years’ experience within a commercial or finance role in the agricultural or related industry.Strong knowledge of commercial concepts, with sales team leadership experience or proven competence displaying excellent profitability management skillsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends for commercial and financial processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluent in Dutch. WHAT WE OFFER
