Deal, let’s go! **Your future role.** + Grants clean books and records, ensuring coherence with superior controlling standards, policies and procedures. + Supports country management in both planning and rolling forecast processes with a Lead Country perspective, consolidating Business Units information, tracking top-down and bottom-up targets, and proceeding with both planning and rolling forecast process. + Performs analysis of Actuals evolution, including cause & effect analysis to provide insights on deviations vs Budget / Forecast. + Grants the follow-up of specific agreed productivity & NCC reduction measures, including an accurate reporting on their progress. + Analyzes and evaluates cost structures maintains and improves the depended cost accounting system. + Carries out analyses and profitability calculations, actively monitoring financial performance, providing regular KPI analysis / business reports, including comments and alerts / early warnings on respective performance at Company level and Segment level. + Performs evaluations of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet items, tracking ad-hoc high-quality reporting package to management. + Act as a single point of contact between corporate support functions and business. + Drives and tracks monthly closing activities. + Drives, maintain and track support function cost structure closely and regularly + Build and maintain individual reports on specific parameters and presentation documents for management meetings. + Processing of audit-related documents for internal and external audits (e.g., industrial audits, tax audits, company audits) + Actively drives and supports internal digital transformation on financial reporting and the optimization / continuous improvement of financial processes, in coordination with stakeholders. **Your profile.** + University degree in BA, Economics, Finance from a reputable university. + 5 years of relevant experience with solid knowledge of business processes, policies, and procedures. + Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS), controlling/reporting, tax, hedging. + Good command of SAP/Spiridon + Good communication skills + Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach + Team-oriented ability to work with cross - functional teams. + Full professional proficiency in English and Turkish **Make your mark in our exciting world. #JoinReliableMotion #TeamInnomotics** As an equal-opportunity employer we are happy to consider applications from individuals with disabilities (https://new.siemens.com/de/de/unternehmen/jobs/arbeiten-bei-siemens/jobs-ohne-barrieren.html) Apply now »
