Your Impact 

You develop and manage the annual departmental budget, including financial forecasts for the global Product Integrity (Quality) team 

You lead the consolidation, reporting, and communication of KPIs to global AGCO stakeholders 

You prepare product quality analyses and create materials for departmental and site-level quality reviews 

You support special projects, including the development and continuous improvement of global quality standards and training materials 

You manage and maintain the global communication platform on SharePoint  

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, finance, economics, or a comparable field 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 

Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications 

Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and QlikView is desirable 

Proven experience working in global business environments and managing cross-country stakeholder expectations and skilled in communicating effectively across multiple levels, locations, and departments within a global organization
