YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Responsible of all activities related to scheduled, preventive and corrective electrical/electronic maintenance of the main machinery and equipment of the PS Production Site.Lead the electronic maintenance team to meet performance indicators (KPI Maintenance Adherence) and contribute to the fulfillment of the production program.Manage resources, prepare and comply the OPEX budget, for the execution of maintenance activities of electronic systems, equipment and production machinery.Responsible of the spare parts stock and supplies inventory, ensuring the existence, order and availability.Direct, plan, coordinate and supervise the activities of electrical personnel with the objective of maintaining the availability of the production machinery, providing support to the Production operation through the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.Lead the implementation of HSE directives and technical guides that ensure the correct operation of electronic equipment and machinery safety systems (Machinery Safety & Functional Safety).Lead the implementation of CAPEX and Basic Budget investment projects for process improvement and compliance with technical requirements for equipment in productive areas within the PS-CH Plant.Support and comply with internal and external audits.Support in investigations of deviations and claims of processes and or products related to production equipment.Implement actions derived from investigations of Deviations and Claims; SOP, CAPAs, Projects.Implement administrative measures to monitor and control OEE performance indicators (Dashboards, software and hardware).Direct and coordinate the Installation (IQ) and Operation (OQ) qualifications, when new machinery and equipment assigned to the Electronic Maintenance Department is installed, or when required by the Documentation Department.Plan, coordinate and verify the programs of preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic systems, equipment, production machinery and auxiliary equipment with the purpose of increasing their availability and thereby achieving an increase in OAE KPIs.Direct and execute advanced diagnosis in corrective maintenance.Coordinate and elaborate the necessary documentation needed in the maintenance area (work orders on Maintenance) and the alignment of that in the Software System of Maintenance Administration, just as guaranteeing to fulfill periodical report. Establish training activities for maintenance personnel, based on yearly maintenance plan.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Licenciate degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics’ Engineer. At least 5 years of professional experience in Automation, electrical and electronic maintenance, mostly within the food, medical and pharmaceutical industry. Experience in Instrumentation and industrial automation, medium andlow voltage electrical installations, machinery and electronic equipment installations, corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of machinery and equipment, metrology and calibration of measuring instruments, pneumatic, thermography ultrasound, documentation and ot administration.Intermediate English proficiency (Required).People leadership skills.Capable to work in a team and without supervision.Inclusive mindset.Coaching and mentoring skills.
