Summary: Seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize control systems for production equipment in various advanced applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering 5+ years in manufacturing automation support 2+ years with PLC/HMI programming, servo control, and schematic design Proficiency in 2D CAD and MS Office tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience leading technical teams in custom automation machine/tooling design

Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical & control systems including schematics and network communication Provide electrical designs aligned with industry standards for production systems Familiarity with Cognex vision systems for software & programming tasks Schedule regular backups of equipment software Balance immediate support needs with long-term projects Provide SME support to Manufacturing and Engineering teams Troubleshoot network communication issues and IP-based code scanners Debug electrical systems at component level on shop floor Develop documentation including BOMs, user manuals, diagrams, and drawings using CAD

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
