Controls Engineer (Up to 50% travel and hybrid schedule)

Job Description:

Supporting start up of new tire and wheel assembly plants from inception to completion Managing implementation of new capital equipment projectsInteracting with customers and suppliers for requirements and specificationsGathering costs and estimates, procurement of equipment, bids and quotesIssuing PO's to vendorsOverseeing installation and launch of capital equipment, meeting deadlines, and supporting cycle timesPLC troubleshooting and problem solving with Allen Bradley and Siemens TIA portal Review and monitor PLC changes in all facilitiesReviewing electrical drawings, cell layouts, and plant floor layoutsHotline support

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor in Engineering or relevant experience in lieu of degreeStrong knowledge in PLC troubleshooting and programming, servos, HMIInstallationCAPEX projectsReading and modifying electrical drawings
