Job Title: Controls EngineerJob Description We are seeking a talented Controls Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will support product development and engage in a variety of tasks including writing work instructions, documentation, programming, and schematics design. Responsibilities + Support product development initiatives. + Write work instructions and documentation. + Program control systems and design schematics. + Provide troubleshooting and technical support. + Work on control panels and perform basic AutoCAD design (2D/3D). + Collaborate with team members on the manufacturing floor. Essential Skills + 2+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer. + Proficiency with Siemens or similar control systems (experience with niche control systems preferred). + Basic AutoCAD design skills (2D/3D). + Experience in troubleshooting and schematic design. + Hands-on experience working on a manufacturing floor. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Phoenix Contact control systems. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for both remote and on-site work.
