Responsibilities:Design and develop PLC programs to control industrial processing equipment.Write application code using Visual Basic, C++, PLC, and OIT programs.Create designs, drawings, BOMs, and specifications ensuring projects meet specifications and standards.Create functional OIT screens for operator interaction.Identify causes of problems, develop alternative solutions, and communicate associated benefits and risks.Travel to customer sites for project updates and on-hand technical support.Assist Application Engineering and Customer Service in creating complex quotes for machines and parts.Collaborate with sales, service, methods, and production departments.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science3-10 years of relevant experience in industrial machine controlsExperience with from scratch programming of PLCs and HMI systemsExperience designing and developing control systemsExperience with Rockwell and Siemens PLCsExperience with Wonderware HMIsPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $132000.00/yr.
