Controls Engineer Technical Support
Dematic is looking for a Controls Engineer with experience in Material Logistics CS Remote Support based in Monterrey or CDMX.
The successful candidates will have experience working in the material handling industry and directly working with customers remotely using schematics and PLC logic to find and isolate the issue.

This Engineer will support CS cases remotely from MTY or CDMX.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

 

Tasks and Qualifications:This is What you Will Do in This Role:

Schedule: you work 12-hour shifts, four days in a row, followed by four days off, this cycle repeats.Shifts: you work on morning and night shifts.Participates in the support of complex systems that integrate hardware and software.Provides support in complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting and appropriate follow-up.Participates in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.Provide troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers.Travel between 10-20% to different customer locations which may include weekends and overtime.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree.3 to 5 years of experience in a related field providing Customer Service Support.Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PL Controls platforms.Experience with controls hardware troubleshooting.Siemens and Modicon PLC experience is a plus.Electrical troubleshooting experience.Strong customer Service mentality.Strong verbal communication skills over the phone.Ability to work independently.Ability to work in shifts
