Responsibilities Make an impact As our Controls Manager Nordics, you will be responsible for leading our Controls team in the Nordics, spread across multiple locations. Your primary focus will be overseeing the successful delivery of the controls aspects of projects within the Nordics, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all projects. In addition to Nordics-based projects, you will also support the delivery of controls aspects for projects across the wider EMEA region. You will work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders, collaborating to ensure seamless project execution. Reporting to the Head of Controls EMEA, you will be instrumental in driving the success of controls operations in both the Nordics and EMEA. You will engage and motivate your team to successfully deliver controls activities within aligned time, project scope and budget. You will be responsible for people management and build an effective team with a strong focus on delivering controls activities for our ongoing and upcoming projects across EMEA, but with a focus on Nordic projects. You will support Sales and Account Management with controls technical solutions, estimates and planning for new projects. You will also collaborate with the Customer Service organization. You will together with your team ensure progress according to project plan and support in managing risks and have a proactive approach to avoid delays and challenges in the project delivery. As you will be leading people working on projects and out of regular working hours to commission new projects, you will also be expected to be flexible to support your team when needed. Application Requirements What you need to succeed University degree in Automation / Engineering or equivalent. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and hold a valid driver's license. You have previous experience in the field of Controls and Automation in a customer focused environment. We believe that you have previous experience of leading teams, and that you are people- oriented. We consider it meritorious if you have experience of Intralogistics and Material handling technology and solutions. We would be very happy if you have training and certifications in Health and Safety and experience in setting and controlling budgets. The successful candidate communicates openly, effectively and consistently with all stakeholders. You have a relationship-building approach and understand the importance of customer satisfaction and enabling strong customer relationships.
