Controls Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Controls Technician to join our Building Automation Systems team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain building automation systems.Perform troubleshooting and repairs on automation equipment.Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency.Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize system performance.Provide technical support and training to clients and staff.Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or technical certification in electrical engineering, HVAC, or related field.Proven experience in building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security.Strong understanding of control systems and automation technology.Proficiency in using tools and software for system configuration and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
