As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining new communication funnels and audiences, working with users for one of the health and fitness apps in our portfolio. There will be a strong emphasis on subscription growth and optimizing conversions into paid users. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for creating value for our users.
Challenges you'll meet
Analyze user needs and behavior to generate insights for optimizing the website's buying funnel
Generate hypotheses to optimize website buying funnels and monetization strategy aimed at increasing conversion rates and ARPU
Collaborate closely with user acquisition and creative teams to design and implement new end-to-end funnels for diverse audiences and traffic sources
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests on the website buying funnels to validate hypotheses with real user feedback, using insights to generate new hypotheses and refine strategies
Conduct pricing tests to optimize the conversion and increase revenue
Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators to enhance user experience and refine buying funnels
Please note: this role focuses on optimizing conversion rates leading to purchases, covering the entire pre-purchase experience on the website, rather than developing or testing specific app features. There will, however, be collaboration with the Product team.
Your professional qualities
Proven track record in optimizing conversion rates into purchases
Extensive experience in user research, with in-depth knowledge of UX and CRO principles, as well as A/B testing methods
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, and product marketing at IT product companies (Web, Mobile, CRM), focused on foreign markets
Experience with B2C products, preferably subscription-based
Proficient in analytics systems and tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, etc.
Skilled in task-setting for technical teams, with a solid understanding of use cases and user stories
Familiarity with various monetization models
At least Upper-intermediate level of English
Will be a plus
Previous experience with mobile applications
Experience with subscription-based business model
Experience with Midjourney
Copywriting skills
