We’re looking for a Conversion Senior Coordinator to join our team at MBPS. This role plays a crucial role in managing the end-to-end process for new business cases at John Hancock. This includes overseeing the processing of applications and recordkeeping agreements through to the assignment of contract numbers. The position also involves setting up all aspects of client information, investments, service features, and other onboarding requirements to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in indexing processes and capturing information.Conduct thorough checks and exercise good judgment to prevent financial errors, while handling sensitive funds with care.Suggest process improvements to enhance team metrics and consistently meet company service level expectations.Be available for overtime during high-volume periods, including some Saturdays and holidays, while effectively managing time off.Support colleagues and other teams with production tasks and contribute to expanding the team's expertise in various functions.Required Qualifications:
Open to fresh graduates or those with BPO experience, pass math and English exams, business writing exam, and demonstrate keyboarding skills of 35 WPM with 90-95% accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Applications.Bachelor’s Degree in any courseAmenable to work in fixed night shiftPreferred Qualifications:
Strong written communication, proactive problem-solving, and effective multitasking.Understand basic insurance processes; knowledge of life insurance and group benefit products is a plus.Clear communication, collaboration, adaptability, execution excellence, and continuous self-improvement.Familiarity with product and process protocols specific to Manulife and JH RPS.Pass weekly tests on Manulife products, understand JH RPS terminologies and processes, and proficient in email communication.When you join our team:
