Job Description:

Machine Operator- Major Job Function:  This position is responsible for setting up and operating laminating and converting bag machines to meet or exceed customer quality expectations.  The operator is one that works independently and as part of a team, effectively communicates, gets along with others, has a positive attitude, and is well organized.  10-hour shifts are standard but are subject to change based on company need.

Hours:

First Shift:  Mon-Thurs:  6am – 4pm | Fri & Sat Overtime As needed (6am – 2pm)

What makes a great machine operator:

Reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Willingness to learn and improve with on the job training Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. Ability to take direction is key. Your goal will be to ensure that production procedures are carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
