The operator is one that works independently and as part of a team, effectively communicates, gets along with others, has a positive attitude, and is well organized. 10-hour shifts are standard but are subject to change based on company need. **Hours:** + First Shift: Mon-Thurs: 6am – 4pm | Fri & Sat Overtime As needed (6am – 2pm) **What makes a great machine operator:** + Reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. + Willingness to learn and improve with on the job training + Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
