Provide all functions associated with support and processing of transactions from Agreement of Sale to Closing. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering title, certifications, HOA documents, and mortgage payoffs, reviewing title, preparing fee sheets for closing statement preparation, and communicating effectively with all transaction parties including agents, transaction coordinators, and title clerks.
Manage multiple, concurrent processes in a proactive and highly responsive manner. Maintain expected accuracy and quality including data entry/tracking, conveyancing/processing transactions according to the guidelines provided, and having necessary back-up to support actions. Perform necessary tasks to convey/process transactions and successfully meet settlement deadlines of agents.
Deliver an amazing agent experience by proactively building relationships with internal and external customers, providing prompt service and excellent communication skills, and demonstrating understanding and execution of required policies, processes and procedures while maintaining the highest level of customer service to our agents.
Qualifications
Experience in title and real estate preferred 0-2 years in customer service 0-2 years in an administrative role Well versed in the Microsoft suite Strong communication and the ability to support clients and team members virtually Strong organizational skills
