As a Conveyance Specialist, you'll work with vendors to place properties into conveyance condition, as well as ensure properties are inspected and maintained in accordance with investor, state, federal, and insurer guidelines.

Effectively complete work using conveyance guidelines to ensure all conveyance properties are completed by the required deadlines and in an accurate mannerEnsure compliance in all activities with Servicing Agreements, federal and state laws, and investor guidelinesUnderstand how the different teams in the mortgage servicing process impact the client experience and has the ability to change communication tactics based on the information receivedCollaborate with all necessary internal teams to get a loan into conveyance condition or throughout the Claims Without Conveyance of Title (CWCOT) processCommunicate clearly with the vendors and auction companies to ensure all work orders, updates, and requirements are completed to place the property into conveyance condition or sell CWCOT in accordance with investor guidelinesFind potential solutions using available resourcesAssist with escalated items to drive towards resolutionIdentify patterns and trends for areas of opportunity on the teamAbout you
