A well-regarded firm in East Midlands is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their award-winning residential property team, based in Derby. THE ROLE The residential property team deal with a wide variety of residential property transactions. As a conveyancer in the team, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity. You will benefit from a team of talented support fee earners who will deal with the new-matter and post-completion aspects of transactions.
