Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Conveyor Technicians for projects located in the Portland, OR area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $27/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Perform splicing and vulcanizing on heavy gauge rubber conveyor belts to repair and maintain conveyor systems, ensuring long-lasting functionality
Lift at least 100 pounds and rig/hoist heavy black belt rolls into position for installation or repair
Perform maintenance and minor welding tasks on conveyor frameworks to ensure structural integrity and smooth operation of the system
