Preps meals for residential staff to cook when meals are outside of normal work hours/days. Cleans kitchen equipment such as stoves, work tables, mechanical mixers, kettles, steam cookers, etc. Cleans dining room and kitchen areas. Stocks pantry and storeroom weekly when deliveries are received. Assists residential staff in routine security matters related to the food service operation. Hours: 1stshift Sat & Sun 9:30am – 5:30pm, 2ndshift Wed-Fri 2:00pm - 10:00pm or variable as needed.
