Our coastal open-air restaurant will showcase regional seafood and ingredients, providing a unique dining experience for our guests. Job Description: The first 3 weeks will focus on training, obtaining ServeSafe Food Handler and TIPs certifications, and getting oriented into our company culture/operating guidelines. Upon restaurant opening, responsibilities include but are not limited to Prepare high skilled, high quality foods for guests based on established standards Keep work area clean and organized Ensure food production is consistent with the established menu and recipes Control quality, consistency, taste and food cost Communicate all relevant information to management regarding: Ordering, Food preparation, Staff, equipment, safety and sanitation, guest feedback.
