**ROLE** **:**
Are you a skilled intermediate line cook with a passion for culinary excellence? The **Park Hyatt Chicago** is looking for a **Cook 3** to join our dynamic kitchen team at **NoMI** , one of Chicago's premier dining destinations.
As a **Cook 3** , you will be responsible for working single stations in the kitchen, requiring minimal supervision and training. You should have a professional understanding of cooking ingredients, techniques, and plating. Ideal candidates will also possess strong communication skills, a solid culinary background, and experience in fine-dining or luxury settings.
**WAGE INFORMATION** **:**
The hourly rate for this position is $26.73. This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstance.

**Qualifications:**
+ Refined verbal communication skills
+ Minimum of 3 years of previous line experience preferred
+ Experience working in a luxury/fine-dining scale environment
+ Culinary degree or related culinary experience is preferred
+ Candidate should be able to perform all intermediate cooking skills
+ Able to work single station in the kitchen
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time
+ Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays
