Ellicott Center is looking to hire a part time Cook for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Buffalo, NY.

DUTIES:

Preparation, cooking, and service of a variety of foodsBaking a variety of rolls, cookies, cakes, and piesWorking on tray line during meal serviceGeneral cleaning up of kitchenHand washing and sanitizing of pot and pansRelated work as required

REQUIREMENTS:

Certification in healthcare cooking (ServSafe or Sodexo)Minimum one (1) year of experience in large-scale cookingStrong knowledge of large scale & theraputic food prepMust be able to do some physical workMust be able to work as a team memberHigh School Diploma or EquivalentExcellent customer service & communication skillsWill manage Kitchen in absence of food service director
