Opens and sets up kitchen and baking station with all necessary ingredients and
cooking equipment;
2. Checks quality and quantity of ingredients daily;
3. Complies with health and safety regulations by keeping the kitchen and baking area
clean, sanitized and orderly;
4. Does mise en place;
5. Prepares all food orders according to the recipe bible and food safety standards;
6. Ensures great presentation of food before they are served;
7. Stays informed and knowledgeable about food offerings;
8. Develops or recommends new menu items or recipes to the team;
9. Requests stocks and tracks kitchen inventory and wastages;
10. Takes stewardship of kitchen and baking equipment and inventory;
11. Ensures proper storage of all ingredients; and
12. Provides good customer service to the customers.
