Job Summary: Preparation of quality food for patients, staff, and retail customers using standardized recipes and production sheets. Follows serve safe procedures and adheres to state/federal food safety guidelines. Other responsibilities include general sanitation, cleaning/maintaining, and use of commercial kitchen equipment.
