Summary: The Cook's basic function is to prepare and cook food according to established procedures, recipes, menus, meal assignment, and diets. Responsibilities: 1. Prepares food. 2. Follow ServSafe sanitary policies and procedures for preparation, storage and service of food. 3. Completes cleaning and sanitation assignments. 4. Processes, stores, and utilizes leftover foods. 5.
