Get to Know Your Team: Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers - Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, and one physical therapy center - Quail Creek Physical Therapy - and a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo. Responsibilities Prepares and assembles meals, assuring product is of great quality. Follows policies, procedures, and sanitation requirements. Prepare regular and special dietary restriction meals, follow standardized recipes for hot and cold food items as requested, prep food items according to production sheets under the direction of the supervisor, utilizing sanitation requirements Qualifications Job Requirements: Knowledge of food preparation/handling and principles of sanitation Preferred Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Six months of prior restaurant/institutional food services cooking experience
