Responsibilities:
This position works in the main kitchen preparing food items for the facility. Fulfilling the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO). Must be creative in designing buffet food presentations. Preparing recipes as directed. Maintaining all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance. Maintain clean safe working environment.
Will sometimes be requried to cook in concession stands.

Qualifications:

At least one-year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events.
High School diploma or G.E.D or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
Must have the ability to work in a team environment
Adequate culinary and knife skills
Ability to read recipes and follow instructions

Familiar with all kitchen equipment
Show attention to detail
Must have the ability to pass both criminal background check
Must have current Serve Safe food handlers permit
