Responsible for the daily cutting processes in the cut rooms.

Core Responsibilities

Cook raw materials into final finished product by following company recipesOperate box scale to weigh finished boxes to proper weightOperate equipment including fryer, tub dumper, and graderRecognize any potential fire hazard and take an active role in preventing fires by minimizing and reporting oil spillsAssist with pre- or post-operational sanitation in roomUnderstand labeling process and how to properly label productOperate metal detector and know how to handle flagged productWork with Cook Lead to ensure all product is acceptable prior to box-upMaintain floor free of slip and trip hazards, removing waste materialsFollow all worker and food safety regulations and report any violations to the Lead Production Coordinator immediatelyContinually wear proper PPE for cook room areasNotify supervisor of any issues involving the pot or meatFollow all general safety rules


Qualifications

Able to lift 70 lbs and push 600 lbs tubs.
