THE JOB:
As a Cook at our upscale Italian restaurant, Costa, passion meets tradition. You’ll play a starring role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests by presenting them with WOW moments. This is an opportunity to bring your culinary expertise to a setting that values precision, skill, and creativity.

THE STARTING RATE:

$21.65 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Prepare and execute fine dining menu items with precision and consistency.Create certain dishes from scratch such as the fresh pastas.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards.Collaborate with the culinary team and leadership to create memorable dining experiences.Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Prior experience working in a high-volume production or fine dining restaurant within a culinary role.Strong knowledge of Italian and/or fine dining cuisines and cooking techniques is a bonus.Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.Comfortable working part-time hours.
