In this role, you will be responsible for:

Preparing appealing and appetizing foods for patients, our cafeteria and catered events Ensuring that special diet recipes are followed to ensure that patients receive their proper nutritional requirementsFollowing and complying with recipe guidelines and be able to do any other responsibility to help normal operation in the DepartmentFollowing and adhering to all food safety and HACCP guidelines. All HACCP documentation completed throughout preparation Maintaining a safe and clean work area, must be able to perform routine cleaning assignments.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: Vocational/Technical School DegreeHuman Resources (HR) may accept relevant work experience in lieu of required education on a 1-year to 1-year basis. [NOTE: Experience accepted in lieu of required education will not be applied to the minimum experience requirement below (i.e., the same experience will not be counted twice).]

 

Required Experience:

Minimum: 1 year; Preferred: experience 2 years
