In this role you will:
Under general supervision, is responsible for purchasing, stocking, preparing and cooking the food that is provided to clients at a program site.
What qualifications do you need:
High School Graduate or GED. Culinary School training is a plus, not required.At least two years of prior experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar environmentFood Handling Certificate may be required at certain sites. Good understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksGood communication skillsFamiliar with best practices.Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
