Hope Forest Academy in Paisely, Florida ✨

We are located on a beautiful 49-acre ranch-style campus where we provide services and care for at-risk boys ages 12-18. We have daily visitors such as turkeys, deer and even wild peacocks. We also have two lakes stocked with fish for both kids & staff to enjoy whenever possible.  

 Make Great Pay doing good work! $19.00/Hour

What you will do/Day in the Life:

Ensure that healthy and properly prepared food is provided for the youth and some staff on-site. Food prepping, cutting, etc. in support of Cook. Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and dining area. Daily Cleaning in Dining Hall. Twice Daily Food Transport to Daytona Facility Be a team player among the kitchen staff and provide assistance on youth lodge when necessary.

This position reports to the Kitchen Manager.   

To be considered you should:

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Have a valid driver's license with good record Have some experience in the food and beverage field Be interested in working with troubled youth Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test

This is an Hourly Non-exempt position with a schedule of approx. 29 hours per week. The set work schedule, which serves the youth best, is set by the Kitchen Manager & Program Director. The current schedule will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays 10am to 5pm.
