THE JOB:
As a Cook, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience. Using your culinary techniques, you get to provide high-quality food to guests from all over. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goalsShow your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standardsEngage with guests and employees by smiling and hearing their storySet and maintain the stage by ensuring the proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back of house areasEnsure guest safety by following proper food handling proceduresPerform other job-related duties as requested

THE STARTING PAY: $19.54

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

One year of previous restaurant cooking experience in a high volume establishmentHas high energy and positive attitudeHas strong communication skillsHas strong knowledge of standard kitchen equipmentHas strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniquesHas strong knowledge of health and safety regulationsCan handle multiple tasks at one timeCan maintain knowledge of menu itemsHas high attention to detail
