THE JOB:

As a Cook II, you will be responsible for preparing meals and other food items at assigned within the designated outlet. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.54

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standardsPlate meals or other food items in accordance with plate presentation specificationsConsistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areasWork in an ala carte setting with the ability to monitor and control ticket flow and continuity of serviceEnsure guest safety by following proper food handling proceduresWork with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalentPrevious culinary training or vocational certification preferredOne year food production experience preferredTwo years experience in a similar resort setting preferredHas strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniquesHas strong knowledge of standard kitchen equipmentCan maintain knowledge of menu itemsHas strong knowledge of health and safety regulationsCan handle multiple tasks at one timeHas high attention to detail
