How will you contribute to our dietary team? As our newest Cook III, you will:
+ Supervise, plan, coordinate, oversee, and inspect work activities of a moderate sized dietary staff to ensure efficient and timely operations
+ Help plan menus, direct prepping and cooking of meals
+ Train and instruct kitchen staff
+ Oversee and inspect cleaning of kitchen and equipment
Minimum Qualifications:
Four (4) years education and/or experience in large scale institutional food preparation including one (1) year of supervisory experience
