Expected to open in 2024, this 60-bed, 66,000-square-foot, two-story, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital operating jointly with Lifepoint Rehabilitation and Mercy Health, is more than a job. What you will do in this role:
Ensures meals are ready at the specified times and tests foods being cooked to ensure proper seasoning etc Consults with the Registered Dietitian on modified diets, as necessarySupervises Nutritional Services workers when washing, trimming or preparing food Maintains kitchen in a clean, neat and organized manner and adheres to all infection control policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferredPrior food service or customer service experience with cooking experience preferredPrior healthcare experience preferred but not requiredAbility to communicate verbally and in writing
