Position Overview
Teddy Morse’s Daytona Harley-Davidson, part of the Ed Morse Automotive Group, is currently seeking a Cook for Saints & Sinners Pub located in Destination Daytona.
ResponsibilitiesTo prepare food for costumers from point of sale printers. Make sure the food has proper presentation and cooked to proper temperatures as described in the Cooks Recipe Manual.
Ensure an environment in which high standards of food quality exist for our guest.Maintains a high level of cleanliness when preparing meals for guest.Responsible for maintaining stock, preparing raw foods, and conducting shift inventory.Prepare food per standards.Maintain kitchen sanitation as required by local health departments.Ensure a sense of urgency with all task.Perform all opening and closing side duties.Assist the Manager with all other duties assigned and events. Qualifications 3 to 5 years Cooking experience preferred.Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem solving skills.Interpersonal and time management skills.Guest relation skills.Adaptability.Why Ed Morse?
