Principal Accountabilities 

Line set up, daily paperwork, scanning, help with breaks, yield accountability, HACCP and SSOP verification, labeling product, train new hires and follow up with them

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Must be 18 years or older

Must be able to read and write English fluently

Preferred Qualifications 

Previous inventory or forklift experience

Basic experience with basic handheld scanner

Experience formulating meats

Experience leading a team

Ability to use and understand inventory tracking systems on the computer

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Previous Cargill experience

Work history in the last 12 months

Bilingual in English and Spanish
