Are you ready to grow a career in the kitchen? We are seeking focused and enthusiastic Cooks to join our culinary team and bring the WOW to our guests plates! We have various positions available including line cooks, prep cooks, &banquet cooks. Shifts available: AM, MID, PM shifts Responsibilities: Growing your knowledge: You will develop your skills in various cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté and fry), while you recreate our resort recipes. Culinary Choreography: Work in perfect harmony with the rest of the kitchen crew, performing a well-coordinated culinary circus that results in timely and flawless delivery of crowd-pleasing dishes. Flavor Discovery: Collaborate with culinary leadership to infuse our dishes with your own personal flair, utilizing your passion for experimentation to elevate flavors to new heights. Controlled Chaos: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that ingredients are stocked to par, equipment is respected and properly maintained, and food safety standards are held to the highest standards. Hair on Fire: Feed off of the fast-paced nature of the kitchen, rising to the occasion under pressure and producing a profound culinary experience for our guest. Qualifications Previous experience as a Cook in a high-volume kitchen, where you showcase your culinary talents and ability to handle multiple orders with mastery. A genuine love for food and an hunger to explore new flavors, techniques, and trends in the culinary world. A team player mentality with unwavering communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with fellow cooks, chefs, and waitstaff. Physical stamina and agility to keep up with the demands of a frantic kitchen, including standing for long periods, ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and working in hot and fast-paced conditions. Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. At least 18 years of age Active Food Handlers Certification REQUIRED
