Overview Sampling, analyzing, reporting the quality of input materials and during storage in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure the supply of quality materials that meet production requirements. Calibrate equipment, keep records, comply with GMP, 5S, environmental safety, health safety working procedures, etc. Responsibilities Operating forklift to transfer potato into cool storages with well space management and layout structure to maximize stored capacity and match with potato quality Deliver potato to Production as volume and batch number planed Rerrange potato pallets as required Check and maintain forklifts and related facilities to ensure in well condition Check truck condition when receive potato Follow up requirement of food safety, EHS program and ISO systems compliance Ensure every execution is in compliance with Agro work process in GCS and company policy Manage equipment and infrastructure in the warehouse Arrange and update employee timekeeping. Track and update potato shipments. Track and update loading and unloading output. Interact and proactively coordinate with other relevant departments in daily operations. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors. Qualifications 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. Experience in cold storage operations is preferred. Careful, diligent, honest, highly compliant. Good communication, problem solving, negotiation skills At least 01 year of experience driving an electric forklift Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point...) High school graduation or higher
