And we need a whole team of people to keep things running in tip-top shape From the exceptional service at the check-in counter to the departure gate, and even behind the scenes making sure your checked bags arrive with you, our Airport Operations team keeps operations at our airports running smoothly every single day.
Key Responsibilities:Assists managers and supervisors by performing administrative activities and functions associated with scheduling, payroll, accounts payable, report preparation and wellness administration associated with office and personnel function in a Station operations officeAssists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for station operation functions utilizing computer-generated volume data and staffing guidelinesDevelops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, office forecasts, airport operations and performanceMakes local purchases within authorized limits, maintains office supplies and processes local statements for paymentPerforms personnel-related duties including filing, process payroll in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policyProvide support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel functionsUnited values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply. What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalentDetail-oriented and ability to multi-task.Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.Ability to walk long distances between terminals.Strong Microsoft Excel skills including, but not limited to: data entry, sorting, filtering, copy/paste, V-lookup, create formula calculations, conditional formattingUnited will consider applicants with criminal histories consistent with the Fair Chance OrdinanceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office computer softwareMust be flexible and willing to work rotating shifts in a 24 hour/7 day a week operation including weekends, nights, and holidays.What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
