Key Responsibilities:Assists managers and supervisors by performing administrative activities and functions associated with scheduling, payroll, accounts payable, report preparation and wellness administration associated with office and personnel function in a Station operations officeAssists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for station operation functions utilizing computer-generated volume data and staffing guidelinesDevelops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, office forecasts, airport operations and performanceMakes local purchases within authorized limits, maintains office supplies and processes local statements for paymentPerforms personnel-related duties including filing, process payroll in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policyProvide support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel functions

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

High school diploma or equivalentDetail-oriented and ability to multi-task.Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.Ability to walk long distances between terminals.Strong Microsoft Excel skills including, but not limited to: data entry, sorting, filtering, copy/paste, V-lookup, create formula calculations, conditional formattingUnited will consider applicants with criminal histories consistent with the Fair Chance OrdinanceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office computer softwareMust be flexible and willing to work rotating shifts in a 24 hour/7 day a week operation including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experienceRelated airline experienceExperience in a clerical/administrative, airport operations role.Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.Ability to maintain composure in high volume/high pressure situations.Ability to learn various airline-specific computer programs.Ability to communicate interpersonally to achieve problem solving, knowledge-sharing and teamwork.
The base pay range for this role is $36,955.00 to $50,380.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
