Have background in counseling or ministry with appropriate degrees in psychology, counseling, social work, or a health related area.Possess a high level of written and oral communication skills with a thorough knowledge of the dynamics of childhood grief and bereavement.Have a minimum of 2 year experience in individual and group settings with children and families regarding grief/bereavement process.Must be a good public speaker.Must be able to use computer documentation program.Must have valid Alabama driver’s license and automobile liability insurance. Education:  Require Bachelor’s degree in family and child development, child life social work or related field from an accredited college or university.
