**General Objective of the Role:**
The professional will be responsible for supporting the country by leveraging their functional and technical expertise, as well as their in-depth knowledge of country-specific requirements, to assist operational teams in ensuring they are adequately qualified and experienced to meet client deadlines.

**Additional Knowledge/Skills (Preferred):**
+ Year-end processes
+ Payroll routine management
+ Electronic timekeeping and customer service
+ Proficiency in English and/or Spanish
+ Experience in implementing new clients
