This position supervises, coordinates, and implements the Coordinated Entry program as part of Lee County’s Homeless Continuum of Care. Ensures that the program meets grant requirements, monitoring, HUD regulations, and community standards. Oversight of staff; to include day-to-day operations and regular team meetings, quality assurance, and compliance. Duties and Responsibilities + Supervise and train staff, including Coordinated Entry Specialists and Coordinated Entry Coordinator. + Respond to client complaints and appeals. + Manage daily Coordinated Entry program, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations. + Oversee staff assignments, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and training. + Ensure staff participation in meetings; support weekly by-name list meetings. + Communicate regularly with Program Manager about operational issues. + Maintain knowledge of community resources and collaborate with partners. + Train new staff and update onboarding practices. + Provide case consultation and evaluate programs for effectiveness. + Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; develop Coordinated Entry program. + Conduct quality control of files to ensure are complete and meet all local, state, and federal requirements and regulations. + Prepare and analyze reports; maintain data integrity. + Perform other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, Licensing + Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in human services, business administration, finance or closely related field and one year human services or closely related experience. + Possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record is required. Supplemental Information + Knowledge of the Homeless Continuum of Care and/or other types of funding sources. + Experience in the human services/nonprofit/governmental field. + Experience managing/supervising staff. + Strong computer skills In Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Experience utilizing critical thinking skills. + The workdays and hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
